Should you trust the universe?

Should you accept that it provides what you need, even when that isn't what you desire? Especially given what is suspected of it's true nature (the demiurge, loosh, reincarnation trap, etc.)?

I've noticed that I'm attracting genuinely good people into my life lately. It feels like I'm being guided toward peace and stability. The problem is, I find that lifestyle boring. I still crave excitement - evil women, debauchery, power.

I would like to trust the universe but when you look around and see all the horrors and suffering of the world it's really hard to

I hope it's all for a greater good and the pain won't compare to the joy

but tbh who says we are even worthy of contentment? this is just our life

loosh farm theory seems very legit, we are all victims to eachother causing eachother to suffer because we have insatiable "hunger"
