Im 6'3 180lb and play baseball, hate working out thats why im still 180, ik there is benefits to working out such as appeal to women, stronger bones, etc. but there are downsides too, is the ROI worth it, like what ive heard is that its bad for your joints and it increases cortisol and it SUCKS. i have a fairly wide frame so i can kind of make up for it but should i be working out. cuz like goatis and faceiq(ik they are jesters) say its not natural and put up a pretty good argument saying that the human body wasnt meant to lift hundreds of pounds off the floor 10x every few minutes and how your body is telling you to stop and gets tired. maybe im coping and js like that take bc i dont like working out but idk
