Im 6'3 180lb and play baseball, hate working out thats why im still 180, ik there is benefits to working out such as appeal to women, stronger bones, etc. but there are downsides too, is the ROI worth it, like what ive heard is that its bad for your joints and it increases cortisol and it SUCKS. i have a fairly wide frame so i can kind of make up for it but should i be working out. cuz like goatis and faceiq(ik they are jesters) say its not natural and put up a pretty good argument saying that the human body wasnt meant to lift hundreds of pounds off the floor 10x every few minutes and how your body is telling you to stop and gets tired. maybe im coping and js like that take bc i dont like working out but idk
 
Goatis took steroids, is that natural to you?
 
Honestly just play sports. If you start young enough and just never stop, it's much better than lifting heavy weights multiple times a week.
 
Raises cortisol just say youve never hit 225 on bench

goatis was muscular when he did his IRL, he claims to have done that only based off raw meats and only someone with room temperature IQ would believe in something that retarded.
 
Ngl working out is so tedious but it must be done.

Better in what way? It certainly isn’t a better way to build muscle mass
Working out increases natural gh production and release in sleep, plus working outs fun
