Ignored pain during the warmup and retardedly pushed through egolifting the entire session

Couldnt even move it later that night

brutal i have shoulder and wrist pain im taking 2 days off, im not sure if i should take a third my wrist feels a little fucked still. I'll see tommorow

Ah, happened to me a lot. I always ignore bad signs because i already came to the gym so it'd be a waste to not workout. Easiest road to injury :COFFEE:

I used to have so much pain too in the rotator cuff intil i did this warmup which saved me

Do you train it with high intensity? Like to failure

I do light weight like 6kg to failure with good form, slow and controlled, 2 sets, every day that includes the shoulders

This was my first ever injury and in kinda spooked by it
