When you go to the gym and lift, your body naturally adjusts to support the heavier loads, which includes wide shoulders.

100% dont do this unless you have big enough delts to obscure its placement. Imagine putting synthol on a bone frame of skinny guy. Exactly same thing implants will be best for a guy who actually has some size or mass to hide it.
