Ok so my right shoulder has been fucked for some time now, im 17 and ive been going to the gym for a year but my shoulder has always been making my progression slower, every time i do lat pulldown, lat raises any shoulder/chest pressing movement it clicks hard and aches after the set but i cant progress at all lately on chest press or db shoulder press bc of it. Even when i sleep on that side i wake up and it is numb for some time. I went to a physio 6 month ago they obvs told me to do exercises/stretches which i did and didnt help. Any suggestions i can do or anything i can take/pin?
