Shoulder pain

I had left shoulder pain for 2-3 weeks, I do low volume high intensity btw, but it didnt hurt much, then the pain went to my right shoulder and it hurts on simple movements aswell, I have rested completely for 1 week and it got better but still hurts a bit, what should I do and how should I go back to lifting?

I do ppl rest ul rest, pec dec, smith incline, smith shoulder, tric cuff extension, lateral cuff, jm press, lat pulldown, smith row upper, preacher snd reverse curl for upper body
