Shoulders 3times a week?

İsnt 3 too much for a natural?

Side delts 3x a week is fine and usually way better for growth than 1-2x a week. Provided you’re doing laterals right, controlling the weight on the way down and keeping everything strict. Sometimes I’ll hit like 9 failure sets of laterals in a session, until I can’t move the 10lb dumbbells. Front delts and rear delts can handle a decent amount of volume but you don’t need to work them as much as side delts.

If you go ham with incline bench, especially inclines at a high angle, don’t shoulder press 3x a week. Rear delt flies 3x a week has brought my rear delts up a lot, but I do less sets on back day when I already smoked rear delts with upper back focused rows.
 
as many others have said, pointless; at least without a substantial amount of gear.

you’re gonna damage the muscle and stunt its hypertrophy. just put a major focus on shoulders every time you train push / arms or whatever (3-4 different exercises w/ supersets, RPE)
