What age and I assume you're natural? I get tired of asking this and it's not because I want to downplay your efforts at the gym but simply because there are so many teens hopping on gear these days.

Good, I'll take your word for it and honestly I believe you because it's achievable naturally. You've built a strong foundation so keep training. The long clavicles give you a big advantage for your frame. Very aesthetic, you'll go very far and it's good to get gear accusations when you're still natural. It shows your work ethic and your genetic advantage.

Also, I think it's time for you to hit your arms a bit more to bring the whole physique on a new level. Also target your chest with a bias on the upper chest. As I'm sure you know, you've been dealt a "bad" card with the gap between your pecs but it's nothing that you can't correct with enough exercise in time. Very promising, especially at such a young age (even if you did not answer my question).​

Yeah im working on it now doing muscle mass with brain bcs my goal is dramatic v taper like jeff seid also about arms i think its time tbh i was growing them from calisthenics and doing them once for a while but biceps doesnt grow that much from calisthenics compared to triceps so i might do biceps and also whole arm overral for thickness thx brochacho

You already got a strong v taper because that's your genetics, keep doing what you do you will always have that natural frame. Indeed arms and especially biceps need to be hit hard to grow and it's not with calisthenics that you're going to achieve that. You're on the right path and you have a good understanding of your goals and how to train for them. Good luck.
