Shouldn't asian countries have by far the best eye surgeons?

Seems like the only name i see come up when regarding eye surgeries is Taban.

What about the asian countries, they're absolutely obssessed with large eyes. I imagine they'd get eye surgery more than anywhere in the world. What surgeons do they have there for eye surgeries?

Normally it's just double eyelid surgery.
A lot of them wear contacts that make their eyes look bigger. It's in reference to the actual iris/lens, not how much sclera is visible.

They definitely perform probably 10x more eye surgeries than any other region of the world. unfortunately they're looking for results that are the opposite of what many of us here are looking for (they reduce hooding whereas we want more hooding here)

Yeah, you will not have luck finding some Godsent surgeon as renowned as Taban for comparable surgeries.
Surgery is much more common there, but not as invasive as the west can be.
