Shouldn't take fin fat?

I read here that aslong as your not fat you shouldn't have a problem why is that and can I take it overweight like I am now?

Everyone responds to drugs differently. You can't use average response to determine individual responses.

Start taking fin and if you notice side effects just stop taking it. PFS (Post-Finasteride Syndrome) is bullshit and has no evidence. You might get side effects but they will go away if you stop taking them.

The "reason" why people with a higher body fat % can have more side is because fat has high aromatase activity - turning testosterone into estrogen. Fin stops testosterone from turning into DHT (a horomone involved in hairloss, and puberty). This leads to more testosterone since less is being converted to DHT. Some of this testosterone will be converted into estrogen through aromatase. This can cause some of (but not all) the side effects of Finasteride.

TLDR: it doesn't matter try fin and if you get side effects stop or reduce dose.
