but mostly bigger radix (nose bone between eyes) cause i have small ipd (63mm) and that small radix makes my eyes look closer together.

No. It affects your perceived ICD, not the IPD. But yes, it usually harms the appearance, but some people feel like that smaller eye area actually provides a wider eye look, think of it broadening the brows and temples via perception in comparison to the eyes. It’s a visual anchoring effect.
