Showed up on time to work and they said I was late

Decided to get bus instead of cycling. As always, bus was delayed, so instead of changing bus I got an Uber the rest of the journey. Ended up spending £12.

Got to my work at 11:00, the manager and supervisor saw me. Went for a piss, got back to position (security) for 11:03, and then the supervisor pointed to the time and asked what happened.

Later supervisor took me out for a talk to "see how I was finding things" (started a month ago), and brought up me being "late" saying he hoped it was just a one off mistake.

Like bruh, I paid for an Uber to arrive on time, and they saw me. I went for a piss and got my radio and came back 3 minutes later, and they made out as though it was a problem. I should've just saved the Uber money and rocked up 20 mins late

He also said I was quiet when I started and have improved. I was not quiet. Just cos I wasn't being OTT friendly and wasting customers' time asking them questions, which is what they tell us to do
