i do NOT give a fuck about what anyone else on tiktok says, a shower filter is a must for most. my skin always got super irritated, red, and dry after taking a shower (even without using a cleanser). at first, i thought it was because of accutane, but even after quitting it after a year, i still had the same issues. my hair also looked super unhealthy every time after i left the shower (dry, frizzy, with dandruff). i spent $25 on a shower filter, and it changed my hair and skin so much within a month. no more acne, redness, irritation, dandruff, or frizz.
