When I get out of the shower and dry my hair it looks way better than when it’s fully dry the next morning. How do I keep that hair texture?

It's because your hair sucks in moisture after the shower, it still retains some of that moisture after drying, you could try using a leave in conditioner and air dry to keep the moisture for longer
