im like 20% body fat and 80kg now because i binged so hard after my last cut and gained 10kg in like 4wekks i just stoped my reta from 4mg to 0 and my hunger spiked anyways im planing to loose 10kg in the next 7 weeks for this im going to do a defecit of 2000-2500cals
