I'd personally recommend Adapalene for longer use, but go for Hydrocortisone and make sure to only apply to the tip of the nose and not so much (around pea size amount).

only thing that worked 4 me to shrinking significantly the nose size and improv philtrum to lips ratio is by frauding them with the nose muscles
