every couple months or so get boiling water and put your head over it and the steam will open your pores and then squeeze all the blackheads and such out(preferably with a tool) this will shrink your nose depending on how much oil is built up. i recommend only doing this once every few months due to damage and potential scarring and permanently enlarging pores
