Shrink or grow masseter muscle

Does having big masseter muscle make your face look bloated, and since you need to chew to achieve this wouldn't you also grow the temporalis muscle which would just make you look weird. Or do big masseter muscles give a better/sharper jawline. I also heard that tight masseter muscles can over time pull down your cheekbones and decrease your canthal tilt.

Large features in general will appear more bloated when you are fat because they look bigger. It actually makes your face leaner though since it stretches the skin below the cheekbones due to higher bigonial to bizygo width.
