Shrinkage of the lips

Does anyone know of ways to shrink the lips?
I am assuming most ppl with thick lips whether that be those of ethnic heritage or ppl who just genetically have narrow lips in which as a results will have a horrible mouth to nose ratio around 1.1.
I myself have a ratio of around 1.2.1-1.28, despite this I would assume a mouth widener would shrink the lips as they become wider, but I doubt the affects will be that drastic any other methods for shrinkage/projection of the lips from the side?
