Shrinking nose

does anyone know best way to make nose appear smaller/skinnier, I’ve read hydrocortisone works decent but effects aren’t permanent and then also some retnoids can thin the skin around nose

Accutane will give you the best results if you have a lot of excess sebum in your nose but if not I would go for hydrocortisone, but you could use both tretinoin and hydrocortisone if you'd like
