I broke up with my ex 3-4 weeks ago and single right now, and now im working at a temporary job

Theres a cute girl at work who started 2 months ago that I like but she is very shy, she barely talks to anyone and she gets nervous when talking to people and i find it difficult to talk to her because she doesnt say much. she held a presentation today at work in front of everyone and she was almost stuttering and seemed very nervous, i like her but i dont know how to hit on her because she seems so shy

but yeah what the other people said try to befriend her, and talk to her more, and if it comes up naturally in the Convo like some food place or cafe or whatever the fuck you wanna do for date comes up, tell her it would be fun to go together, or if she likes something then tell her, that she should show you how to do it or smt and that's already your first date. Then from there just do what you fucking want nigga. (the hardest part if getting her to be friends, just say hi or smt and talk about what happened at work, don't make fun of any colleagues just try talk about work, and since you use facebook just send her a reel and that should do it)

You gave like 0 info but i'll bite, it sounds like she has bad people skills, maybe even autistic or something I find getting into a position where they can talk freely with you really helps because they usually don't have anyone else they can be retards with, you don't even have to listen to her just let her talk and if your on a call just do some other bullshit ( maybe scroll org ).

Best way to hit on her would be to get friendly with her but don't get yourself friendzoned ( essentially don't be a yesman, have some agency, be a leader easy way to do this is by teasing her every now and again and challenging her on topics that don't really matter ) and then when she gets more comfortable you can move from there.

She might be annoying though, generally people with bad social skills are but you don't really have to pay attention to her.

To open up the conversation at first you can ask your supervisor to put you on a project with her if your on good terms or just ask her a question about work, if your going to the break room ask her if she wants anything but you have to make it sound like your doing it out of convenience not because your some bitchless freak
