Sick kunt31 -- psychological resolution

as many /offtopic browsers may have seen, @sick kunt31 has gotten himself in an incident in school, taking a toll on his social dynamics and daily social interactions, especially pertaining to women. In particular, he got confronted for reporting female group misconduct (known informally as snitching on foids). However, he has stated a persisting desire, hoping to use this incident, to form a relationship with the female provoker.

Here is the thread:

The purpose of this thread is to use the 3 main aspects of psychology
  1. sociocultural
  2. cognitive
  3. biological
to understand the proper way to move forward with his pursuit of this relationship. Id like to preface this high effort post my stating that his action in whistleblowing the social circle of the woman he wants was a bad move. Nevertheless, it is not "over".

To move forward with the girl who confronted the user @sick kunt31 (the "goodie two shoes"), he must start by recognising her action as a sign of interest. By her confrontation, she's seeking accountability, which can signal attraction or interest in forming relationships. His nervousness and low inhibition as seen in his attached video align with high arousal, which when channeled well, boost confidence in social interactions (this will be the exploration focus for the cognitive and biological aspects).

Sociocultural Approach 👫

The sociocultural lense highlights in-group and out-group dynamics, mainly linked through the theory of social identity (SIT) of Henri Tajfel. From this, one may derive that her confrontation reflects group dynamics and social norms, where the confrontation enforces accountability after the snitching disrupted the group's drug culture.

Festinger et al.'s (1950) study on proximity and propinquity shows how shared environments (like school scandals) foster attraction through repeated interactions. The user's whistleblower status made him central, drawing the confrontation to engage directly. To advance, propose a low-pressure meetup to discuss the incident, turning conflict into cooperation, as sociocultural factors like social responsibility promote prosocial bonds over rivalry.

Cognitive Approach 🧠

The jittery anxiety, expressed through the fidgeting of the bag back and stuttering, stem primarily from cognitive schemas of threat (i.e: fear of rejection post scandal), but her initiative flips this into a potential positive attribution, she may see sick kunt31 as bold, not just a "snitch". Duck's (1982) model of relationship dissolution (reversed here for formation) highlights how communication repairs cognitive dissonance, Her pressing the user is the "social phase" where narratives are negotiated. Reframe the low inhibition as excitement by responding calmly in the GC or privately with humor (for instance framing a message as though you (the user) owe her something for this, humorously), using self-disclosure to build trust and mutual schemas.

Biological Approach 🧬 (it all leads to biology - broooootal)

Nervousness ties to biological arousal, being elevated cortisol and adrenaline from the whistleblowing to the confrontation, mimicking the fight-or-flight response. This explains the jitteriness. Studies like those on oxytocin release during confrontational bonding show how tension can spark pair bonding if resolved positively. Buss et al.'s (1992) evolutionary jealousy research notes males thrive on status displays. The video shows the user sorrounded by a social group, attracting females who value protectors. This would be effective is used by inviting her out confidently to downregulate anxiety via proximity.

Steps:
- Message her: "Hey, want to talk ____ out over ___? My treat"
- Breathe to lower biological arousal, focus on her perspective (sociocultural empathy).

- Build from there: for instance, laugh and bond over the "greening out" to create cognitive bonds.

Well wishes,
