sick of dieting.

i cant imagine spending the rest of my life like this ngl,

like dieting just gets so fucking boring at some point i just wanna have a bag of takis dawg, its like i do all this dieting, lose so much weight then gain it all back if i eat the things i like for like 2 days, and the bloat that comes with it is terrible too, a whole week worth of debloating and heavy cardio just for a weekend to make it all worth nothing its gotten to a point where im scared to eat, anything

im already not genetically gifted to have looks, idek if i have potential even, so im doing all this but its so hard to maintain too, maybe i should stop coping and give up good looks wasnt ever meant to be within my reach

Dude just get a full time job and don’t bring lunch ir any money with you. This does the trick trust me. When you get home eat a burger, a bag of chips and call it a day
