I'm fed up with having a lesbian face and a skinny body. I have zero dimorphism and I'm tired of it, so I've decided to start taking gear or SARMs to finally fix my frame.


I'm looking for an advanced guide on how to run a cycle correctly because my main priority is harm reduction. I want to minimize side effects as much as possible.


Specifically, I want to know:


1. Steroids vs SARMs: Which is better for a beginner who cares about safety?


2. What does a full cycle look like (compounds, dosages, and PCT)?


3. Are peptides actually worth it for gaining mass?

You have a good cranium as a base though, be thankful for that. That's something that's nearly impossible to change.
 
SARMs are dogshit you will shut yourself down during puberty for mid ass results just don't be a bitch and get on test

Only compound you should start with is testosterone ideally injected daily starting 250-300mg and titrating up,

Keep an AI on hand for if/when you need it.

Learn to train naturally first

Learn to diet

Take fish oil

Do comprehensive bloodwork

Watch more plates more dates (important)

How much money will I have to spend each month? And can I start taking dutasteride + minoxidil to counteract hair loss?

Test itself is really cheap its like$40/vial and a vial has 2500-3000mg of test you can do the math

You can take dut/fin or minoxidil but you don't want to crash your DHT too much while in puberty so be careful. (this only applies to fin/dut)

Its more about dipping your toes in. Seeing what you think of it and eventually escalate to steroids

Sarms wont fuck you and youll get decent results with easy recovery of your hpta.

Ive used them myself several times and always bounced back without any issues.
I lack personal experience with sarms and I generally am pro test cause its necessary for physiological function.

What was your experience on sarms and which ones did you take?

I’ve heard of low trt just to have the e2, and then other compounds in a puberty context though not sarms but it’d prolly work well too

Theyre a solid option for beginners, especially if you run enclomiphene alongside for you testbase.

I made good clean gains, but rad gave me insomnia. Heres the results from one ostarine, then rad140 cycle

Yes you should hop on any pharmacies, it's great IF you have done your research on it and actually KNOWS how to use it. You're gonna get massetter hypertrophy which is gonna make ur face looks more male dimo ofc

Theyre a solid option for beginners, especially if you run enclomiphene alongside for you testbase.

I made good clean gains, but rad gave me insomnia. Heres the results from one ostarine, then rad140 cycle

take 300mg testosterone for awhile bro you need it

I've been training for almost a year and I don't see any results. Plus, I'm past puberty, I'm 20 years old, I'll be 21 in a month, and I still have a baby face. I think I'm going to blindly trust what this guy says. I'm not just looking for a physical change, but also a facial one, and I think testosterone helps more with that. Maybe if I combine it with bonesmashing, I'll get what I want.

Nahhh, I haven't had any results because I'm pretty restrictive with my diet, I have body dysmorphia, and I can't look at myself in the mirror with more than 12% body fat; I feel fat with more than that. I tried a 4-month dirty bulk and it didn't work. I feel like my body doesn't respond well to natural training, and I swear to God I train like crazy. My bones are very thin. I don't know if I have a calcium deficiency, but I'm definitely going to change this fucking situation.

Yep, testosterone is probably best for me. I'll do some thorough research anyway to see which one suits me best, although I'm also looking into peptides for gaining muscle mass, even though they say they don't work. So I'll go for whatever gives me the fastest, most consistent, and sustainable results in the long term.

I would recommend more plates more dates on YouTube he has a TON of content on PEDs

As far as peptides best one for you would prolly be HGH as it synergiezes with test really well.

Gotta eat tho thats a big focus for you

Too many people push 500-750 test and for what?

The purpose of test is to fulfill physiological functions in the male body and the whole point of alternative AASs is to build muscle without the sides.

I'm prolly gonna run test and primo for my 2nd cycle.

The truth about this raid stuff is that individual drug response is so variable and what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another.

Yea. Just find what works for you.

I started at a baby dose of 50mg last week and will get crp and liver tested as I titrate upward to see how it affects me.

Hoping to be able to run it as my main anabolic without it wrecking the body

Valid have you ever though about running test and eq at higher doses?

It really feels like there 2 paths with anabolics.

I'm still running test only rn

That was my cycle originally.
350 test 120EQ. Then dropped test down to 250 and EQ to 100 for 50 dhb, 25 tren

If DHB doesnt pan out well im switching back to test eq
I personally just want something as dry as possible, which is why im fucking around with dhb and tren
It really feels like there 2 paths with anabolics.

I'm still running test only rn
