try for a month only cleansing with cold water, skip moisturizing unless dry(use less than a teaspoon of olive oil) eat well and, do not touch your face. I was doing this while camping (at a spring) for a week and my skin started to clear up. Then I got home and got back on tret and face wash and immediately started breaking out again. dermatologists aren't trying to help you, they're trying to give you a bandaid and keep you coming back because that's how they get their check.
