incline bench (2 sets) best sets: 140 lbs x 6
weighted dip (1 set) 40 lbs x 8
behind the neck press (2 sets) 70 lbs x 8
lu raise (2 sets) 15 lbs x 12
wide grip pull up (2 sets) bw x 8
one arm dumbbell preacher curl (2 sets) 23 lbs x 8
seal row (2 sets) 100 lbs x 8
hammer curl (1 set) 28 lbs x 8

lowkey took like a few weeks off because i was a lazy kvnt but we back now. all sets taken to failure btw

what do you guys think? :feelsautistic:

you should get back into it, it's kinda fun when you train correctly

I’ve gotten bored of it and I don’t really make good progress anymore because all of my noobie gains have been maxxed out.

I will probably focus more on combatsportsmaxxing in the next 6 months tbh

mogger, i used to do it but then i quit because i got tired of being near sweaty dudes all the time jfl
