Side assymetry

I’m overall assymetrical but my side assymetry hurts the most. My right side looks good however left looks horrible shorter ramus shorter mandible. What can I do to fix it and is it only surgically fixable? And it’s not the lightning 100%

It’s from the left side only for some reason. I do have braces but it looks like things only got worse
