Yesterday I sent my cousin an audio message that included talking about a rhinoplasty
Then last night I had a dream where I planned on getting an RP
So I figured, “might as well get step 1 out of the way“
I was standing in the middle of a small town and cut my nose off with a knife. No pain or gushing blood obviously
I had a triangular hole where my nose used to be, like that girl on Instagram that shows up once in a blue moon
To cover the elephant in the room I slipped a plastic nose where it used to be. Skin tone was a bit off
And the actual surgery didnt even take place before I woke up
First thing I did was feel my nose, and sighed in relief
