Side effects from seroquel or clozapine?

My Dr recently changed me from Seroquel to Clozapine, and it's only been 4 days but I'm getting the most insane headaches at the front of my head, and aches in my stomach all the time whether I eat or don't and it feels like my sinuses are blocked too.

Has anyone here experienced similar on either one?
