what are the side effects of coffee? i drink 1-3 cups a day as it is difficult for me to fall asleep and i sleep 5-6 hours on a weekday usually. and if there are side effects are they serious or not? (16 years old)

Yeah, I usually drink 2 cups at 8:00, and then 2 cups at 12:00

some side effects would be stress, increased heart rate and insomnia.

dont drink it if youre sensitive to it and not getting enough sleep. obviously prioritize sleep, especially if youre 16 and in school.

theres a lot of pros and cons for the looksmaxing aspects of coffee but i dont think thats what you asked for
