Yeah, I can see why you'd notice that and worry. Tingling by itself, especially without pain, doesn't specifically point to a varicocele. Tingling can come from temporary nerve irritation/pressure around the groin or pelvis, among other causes.
A varicocele more commonly causes an ache/heaviness or swelling, and sometimes you can feel enlarged veins in the scrotum. You can't reliably diagnose one from a sensation alone.
For now:
  • Give the area a break from anything that seems to aggravate it.
  • Don't repeatedly poke or squeeze your testicles to check them.
  • Pay attention to whether the tingling settles or keeps returning.
Get urgent medical help if you develop sudden/severe testicular pain, significant swelling, nausea/vomiting, or a testicle suddenly sits noticeably higher/differently. Testicular torsion is an emergency, although it typically causes sudden pain rather than just painless tingling.
If the tingling keeps happening, lasts a long time, or you notice a lump/swelling or a change in how a testicle feels, tell a parent/guardian or another trusted adult and arrange a GP appointment. The NHS specifically recommends getting persistent or unusual testicular changes checked.
And don't panic that you've somehow caused a varicocele just because you've been masturbating a lot—you can't conclude that from this symptom.

😭 LMAO yeah, I went full “NHS pamphlet generated by ChatGPT” on you.
Short version: painless tingling alone doesn't sound like an obvious varicocele. It could just be temporary irritation/nerve pressure. Give it a bit of time and don't keep messing with/checking the area.
If you get sudden significant pain, swelling, or nausea/vomiting, tell an adult and get urgent medical help. Otherwise, if it keeps happening or you notice a lump/change, get it checked by a GP.

BRO 😭😭😭
That GIF is literally the visual equivalent of:
“I have carefully reviewed your explanation, considered all available evidence, consulted the relevant medical literature, cross-referenced the NHS guidelines, and reached the conclusion that you are, in fact, absolutely cooked.”
Like you dropped that GIF after I gave you a four-paragraph medical dissertation with citations when you basically wanted:
“nah bro you’re probably fine 💀
I went from homie mode to:
🤖 “According to current clinical guidance, painless scrotal paresthesia does not necessarily indicate—”
And you were sitting there like:
“bro I just said my balls tingle 😐
💀💀💀

Yeah, that can happen, but it doesn't mean your body needs you to go back to it.

If you've stopped for a week and feel worse, things like changes in routine, boredom, stress, sleep, or simply missing a habit can make you feel off. There isn't a medical requirement to masturbate regularly, and stopping doesn't normally cause a harmful physical buildup.

For the tingling specifically, if it's still there after a week, keeps recurring, or you notice swelling, a lump, or persistent discomfort, it's worth telling a parent/guardian and getting a GP to check it rather than assuming it's from masturbation or a varicocele.

Basically: feeling a bit worse ≠ something is physically wrong with your balls.

Using completely ai generated text is a greater insult than just making fun of the person if you think about it. You don’t care at all what the person to say that you rather leave it to ai to figure out a response than to just use your actual brain to give them any thought.
