? considering starting mt as it would ascend me hard, but I dont want some long term side effect or diareah

MT2 will help you getting more tanned, mostly in combination with tanning through going out in the sun or sunning bed. Also it will improve your sex drive.
When it comes to side effects the most talked about is darkening of moles or even new moles coming to existance, that shouldn't happen though if you don't use it for too long and too high-dosed.

which is best nasal spray or injection? last time I tried injecting something I got very nauseous

The bioavailability of the injection is a lot higher than the nasal spray option. It depends on the compound though if you get any nauseous reactions I guess or it could be a head problem.
I'd recommend injecting over the nasal spray for the best efficacy.
