Side effects of Ritalin on heightmaxxing

I take low dosage. 20 mg Medikinet and Im 168 or 5 foot 6 and around 55 kg or 121 lbs. I know that studies show that in total u lose height about 2 cm which at my shortcell height is kinda crucial. Yet me without meds is horrible I turn into a schizomaxxer and would get banned from my school. And without meds I binge a lot and dont take care of my sleep schedule . 20 mg is so low it doesnt cook my sleep a lot. What r ur thoughts? Should I stop taking it or not (give a cause).

It shouldn't affect ur height that much if ur still young, studies show kids "catch up" on lost height. If it starts affecting ur sleep then stop, sleep is law

If you sleep fine then ur fine, ur doctor should keep ur dose relatively low cuz of side effects. If the doctor's shit and they keep raising it tell them it affects ur sleep and they won't

Its kinda when i go to bed without them at 12 pm i would sleep till 9 am but eith them i sleep till 7 am or 7:30. but yeah i kinda like them since they r hunger surpressing

Normally 20 mg today 10 mg ritalin. Im so awake at night i dint even feel sleepy. I dont wanna lose anymore hgh (in the sense that i dont get deep sleep at the time my body releases hgh )
