I honestly don't know if there are actual side erffects.

1 inch lift can't hurt. I guess the side effects would be the same as of wearing heels but in a much milder form. You can look into that.

Running with lifts is weird as fuck and obvious

For the lifts itself id say go 1 inch max.
2 inch lift already gave me unbearable canter

So ideally 1 inch lifts + 1 inch shoe
Can also do lower lifts and higher shoes like airmax but you need to try

if you are super serious about frauding then u can do jw anderson converse. They give u 5cm from the sole. Then u add 2 or even 3 inch insole easy.

just wear my shoes inside or change into my indoor slippers which are elevator slippers with height insoles in them too. U have to always be wearing lifts if ur gunna fraud, thats why I say its a lifestyle. I have elevator shoes for all occasions, casual, dress, sneakers, slippers, sandals, etc

My girl was laying down in bed thinking she was asleep so I didnt bother putting on my elevator slippers. Well while I was in the kitchen she came OUT and suddenly I started to hunch over and pretend I had a huge cramp in my leg so she didnt see how much shorter I really was standing straight up.
