any bad side effects on reta

really bad acid reflux, but tums takes care of it. slowed GI activity can reduce bowel movements which can lead to constipation but it hasn't been bad for me. nausea hasn't been too bad but just feeling generally ill upon waking and after eating are real, I wouldn't want to stay on this long term. I've done 2 weeks at 2 mg and pinned 3 mg a couple days ago. no idea how anyone can use 12 mg.

the official recommendation is a weekly injections, but this makes very little sense to me. the first 2 days gives me bad acid reflux and stomach pain, and the last 2 days I get hungrier than I would like. it would make more sense to me to pin every other day than every week, but im not doing it.

I got some nausea and recreating 9/11 on my toilet on my first pin but it went away after a few days. I overdosed it and took like 4mg compared to my usual 2mg because I was curious and for the next week I ate roughly 2000kcal. edit: 2000kcal spread out over 1 week.

So make sure you start off with a low dose, find the lowest dose that is effective for you and keep sticking to that until you find the effects weakening then only you should try test upping it.
