Don't do implants do genioplasty, also I don't think you need a rhinoplasty, at least on the side it looks fine, your issue is not your nose, it's your chin.

Why genio instead? also yeah its mostly for front tbh since my nose is big and crooked

Chin implants have a few complications, it's highly dependent on the type, they could be re-absorbed, rejected, shift with time, etc. With genioplasty, it's just your own bone being cut and moved in your face so there's none of those risks, the only significant issue you could face is nerve damage, but it's less of a "risk" and more of a mild annoyance, regardless, that won't happen if you go with an experienced doctor.
