Depends, if you have a htn front and a mtn side it would not have almost any effect, the thing comes when it is very noticeable like a big nose or just very undeveloped parts

Side profile is more important in real life because you won't be seen front on all the time and it affects the 3/4 profile as well. You can't only take front on pictures in real life

as long as your occlusion, chin, and nose are somewhat normal, no woman will care about your side profile
