Depends, if you have a htn front and a mtn side it would not have almost any effect, the thing comes when it is very noticeable like a big nose or just very undeveloped parts

Side profile is more important in real life because you won't be seen front on all the time and it affects the 3/4 profile as well. You can't only take front on pictures in real life
