Yo is my side profile actually fcking cooked? Don’t mind my hair I‘m getting bed ready atm. My hyoid is sh*t even tho I do Chin tucks and neck curls, also losing weight atm but genetics just killed me 🪢. Also my nose is pretty stiff is it? But mostly I wonder if my maxilla is hella recessed or not bcs I can’t tell. Also is my Chin hella recessed or is it okay? Tell me please if it’s over or not

Lmtn kinda fine atm, if I just eat well and exercise I might lose some more weight so I can debloat properly and then I will look better right? Also after this I will eat 100cal surplus so I can hopefully gain height and bones 🦴

just go through puberty bro, chin tucks and shit are literally the most cope thing ever across all social media platforms, hydrate well and drink 4l of water (only way to "debloat"), do cardio, dont eat goyslop and eat whole foods. Also if youre trying to "lose weight" for your appearance a 100 calorie surplus isnt going to help as youre just adding more food into your diet, since u arent fat and for your age i just recommend eating whole foods, hydrating well, and doing some cardio 👍

also for height try looking into magnesium supplements, please prioritize 8-10 hours of sleep i cannot stress this enough it is so important from ages 14-17, eat nutrient dense foods such as eggs, greek yogurt, steak, chicken, fish, etc, eat lots of calcium (milk, greek yogurt, basically most dairy products), do sprints to raise igf-1 levels, like i said previously avoid processed foods and sugary foods as they stunt ur height and disrupt hormones except for fruits and other naturally sweet foods. DO NOT go on a calorie deficit as a teen unless ure fucking fat asf then go on a 200 calorie deficit but thats not the case for you.
