if you're trying to be intimidating and dangerous looking then you're probably best off just focusing on your body, there is realistically not alot you can do when it comes to increasing the depth of your face and increasing forward growth, especially at your age

nah its not about looking dangerous, i train combat sports and its easier to do it with short hair. About age, im very late bloomer so i still think i can fix some of my flaws (my father ended pubery at 20 lmao)
