So u r basicly stickin in Ur Jaw and Overall Doing Chin Trucks in the before pic and in the after pic u jst have longer hair and better skin, myb lost some weight

I got leaner while gaining muscles because Im on peds, in fact I gained like 6kg between the photos but my posture got better too which helped a lot
