How do you know if yoh have good orbitals when viewing from the side. For example how do you know if the infras are recessed or if the

Orbital vector. If you have no tear troughs or any bad support from the front then you may just have good fat pads like O'Pry. From the sagittal plane, however, you can tell. It'll look like there is no support. Nothing securing the eye from below. A steep drop from eye to cheekbone.

The soft tissue to cornea test is alright, but it may seem fine with good enough fat pads. Nonetheless, you will always be able to note bad support or a sunken drop from cornea to the cheekbone.

could you give an example, I'm still kind of confused. For example does Jensen Ackles have +,- or neutral vector?

Negative. You see his, eyebag area, let's call it? It has that steep drop, it doesn't gently contour into his cheekbone like Barrett's does.

that makes much more sense now but I still can't tell in some cases. Does Jensen Ackles have a positive OV. His eye bag drop is pretty steep but his cheekbones are forward which confuses me.

I already said he has a NOV, son. That eyebag drop is steep, as you said. Thus a NOV. His cheekbones being projected is different.
