My plan right now is to get a rhino and maybe genial implants any other ear flaws that could be fixed? Hardmaxx or not

nose is not a problem bro your face need ccw rotation, i was fixing nose in first pic. then i realized nose is fine in second one, u need trimax and supra implants. also you have last stage short ramus sydrome
