Yes I think so, keep in mind horrible undereye support is a very common ethnic issue trait in south Asians, due to both recessed infras and very bad fat pads, it’s why you will also often see Indians with horrible UEE

The flatter the better, but Its depending on the case. If its caused by a recessed jaw or a recessed frontal bone. Some can even look harmonious approaching 160 degrees

The only ratio Id change on the side profile is the nasofrontal, as Its not as important, doesnt ruin ones harmony to a fair extent and the majority of people being close to 140 degrees
