100% rhinoplasty, go for a Turkish or Korean surgeon, not the conservative jew ones in the US.
Any malocclusion? Might be looking at a mild form of SFS. But honestly I would get the rhinoplasty and reassess, it's not like you can get both at the same time or even close to each other anyway.
