Side profile is fucked up,face is not equal are fillers waste of time? and which surgeries to fix my mid face/sunken eye area?

Easiest surgery/procedure to ascend to at least mtn-ltn? Im thinking about either going for mid face fillers+eye surgery for better eyes or just bimax. Thanks in advance

Your eye area doesn't seem that bad. I think mostly periorbital fat grafting could do the trick.

Because of the low-angle shot, it's pointless to further comment the front profile picture. Try to take another one with the camera set higher.

As for the side profile, it appears too flat due to a recessed maxilla. I'm not sure a Lefort 1 could generate the necessary forward growth. Based on the reactions here every time Lefort 2 are brought up, it seems that you will really struggle to find a surgeon willing to perform it on you ; and if you do, I assume it's a risky procedure.
Maybe a Lefort 1 + BSSO could do the job. And an augmentation rhinoplasty (with cartilage grafting) to project your nose a bit further forward as well.
Anyway, my understanding of jaw surgeries is too weak to elaborate. Maybe other users will chime in with better suggestions.
By the way, your forehead also has an odd shape ; round and prominent. I don't know if this can be surgically altered.

Hey man thanks for the super detailed response hope these ones are better for front profile inequality on my jaw is even more noticable on one sided lightning i hate that i look like fucking trollface . For eye area i dont think i can find someone who will do fat grapth in turkey i actually really want to get eyelid surgery for hunter/almond eyes. Do you think they can work with both eyelid surgery and upper eye filling at the same time? For the chin part on the morph do you think lowering my body fat further would help? Im 6.1 83kg and want to drop my body fat percent further anyway. Thanks in advance

I actually just started hitting the gym few months ago i will add few neck focused excercises to my leg days thanks for the response
