side profile is good but front is cooked

My side profile is easily htn but my front profile is sub 5. My cheeks look chubby from the front but not at all on the side and my face is asymmetrical asf and i can't seem to fix it. Also doesn't help that im white with larger lips then usual, haven't seen any posts about lip shrinking methods on here. If i wasn't tall my life would probably be completely fucked rn. plz give tips.
