Side profile issues

Why is my left side so recessed compared to the right how do i fix this shit. I got braces rn and a single elastic on my rights side. I mew and do other shit in hope of the elastic not recessing my maxilla but anyways. My left mandible is more downward also the ramus is shorter and i wanna know if its fixable via bonesmashing or other

elastic won't recess your maxilla it's just something that people made up because of other orthodontic appliances that actually do, and your face already looks pretty developed so it probably won't have that much of an influence on your lower third development. also don't bonesmash your ramus it's not worth going blind and the elastic could fix the unevenness by correcting your bite

About that I asked my orthodontist and she told me that movement of the maxilla is inevitable so it does recess it. Ima wear the elastics though cuz the bite is my biggest problem also I have a method to prevent recession

my orthodontist told me it doesnt idk what to say now, but yeah just wear the elastics as much as you can to correct your bite because theres no way to avoid recessing your maxilla
