Can someone give me some tips on what to look for in my rhino consultation in terms of cosmetic changes.

I’ll definitely fix my tip, preferably shave down some bone on the hump and make it more straight.

Also going to combine it with a septoplasty to fix my deviated septum.

Any suggestions?

that’s what a lot of people tell me but i still want to pursue a rhino

i guess it’s more of a self image thing then what others see

its cope you have a good nose no need for a rhinoplasty

You definitely don’t need a rhino.

Show your front to see if maybe an alarplasty makes sense
