BSSO, anything else youve seen on tiktok like a marpe is a looksmin thats only needed if you have breathing difficulties

braces can actully help if you are under 18, it can help Braces can fix jaw recession if you are under 18, Ofc palate expander is also helpfull and both are things you should consider getting at 15.
